We are very proud to announce that our very own, Dimitris Lochias, will be making a presentation/lecture as a national expert on EU Directive 2016/1919, to lawyers throughout Europe, through the European Lawyers Foundation's CrimiLaw Hourly Conference, on the 6th December 2021.
The CrimiLaw Hourly Conference is a series of presentations made for lawyers throughout the European Union, via the ELF's online platform, with national experts from many EU countries. Dimitris Lochias is speaking as the national expert for Cyprus.
The programme aims at strengthening the understating of various EU Directives, relevant to procedural fair trial guarantees in criminal proceedings, such as the right to legal representation or the right to legal aid.
